Ground Water Surveys

Drilling Water Wells

0%

At HelpLife Saves, we understand that access to clean water begins with science and strategy. That’s why we initiated targeted groundwater surveys to serve vulnerable communities in need. Our focus lies in locating sustainable water sources that can support long-term community health and development.

Description

In January 2016, HelpLife Foundation partnered with Subterranean Water Experts (SWEX) from Kenya to conduct hydrogeological investigations in the Sanaag region of Somalia. These expert-led surveys aimed to identify ideal borehole sites capable of delivering consistent, safe, and sufficient potable water. Following successful assessments, we began borehole drilling to provide long-term water solutions to communities suffering from chronic water scarcity. These efforts mark a critical step toward our mission of ensuring clean water access and improving public health across rural regions. With each survey and borehole project, we move closer to ending water insecurity in Somalia.
